Office Nurse: LPN or RN
Purpose of Job: The Office Nurse enjoys working in an office setting, can manage the fast pace of Family Practice, and is interested in enhancing the patient experience within our offices. Job duties include, but are not limited to, patient intake, recording vital signs and the patients’ reason for visit, addressing patient care gaps within established standards of care, administering vaccines, and helping patients coordinate care. Additional duties of advanced candidates may include prior authorizations for prescription medications and advanced imaging studies, medical supply and vaccine supply management, training students, triage incoming telephone calls, telephonic nursing, episodic care management, and chronic care management.
